    OKAY i dont get this AT ALL! someone please please show me or help me how to do this!     Look on page 17 of your reference.

    An angle of 90 degrees is a right angle. Less than 90 = acute, greater than 90= obtuse up to 180 degrees. An angle of 180 degrees is a straight line.

    On page 20 of your reference, it defines a bisector, which divides an angle in half. Half of 24 deg is 12 deg.

    The ratio of the shorter side of the rectangle to the longer side is 1:2. The reason for this is because the shorter side has a length of 3, while the longer side has a length of 6. So, the longer side is twice as long, and thus the ratio of 3:6 can be reduced to 1:2.

    Now, your goal is to have a 1:2 ratio when comparing shaded squares to unshaded squares. Your first step is to count the total number of squares. After counting, there are 18 squares. To have a 1:2 ratio with 18 squares, 6 of them must be shaded and 12 must be unshaded. Since 5 are already shaded, you only need to shade in one of the remaining squares to have the same ratio of 1:2.

    The answer is D.
